Ali Abdi is a fashion designer, social media influencer, and business owner. He is the founder and CEO of Thrift Trendy, a clothing business that specializes in streetwear, fashion, accessories, and footwear.

Broadening creativity

Abdi has had an interest in fashion since he was a child. He never liked the clothing his parents purchased for him, so he always told himself that one day he would go out of his way to make sure he looked decent.

As he grew older, he chose to broaden her creativity to fashion and design, and Thrift Trendy was formed in the process.

After completing secondary school, Abdi launched his first business, selling used clothes. Over time, he progressively built the Thrift Trendy brand, which has made him renowned in Kenya.

Dressing the celebrities

The 22-year-old ships and sells one-of-a-kind fashion products and has clothed prominent Kenyans such as former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Abdi has achieved financial success by building strategic connections with huge firms such as Bolt and Mancave.

Abdi is the first-ever Novamen brand ambassador in East Africa, according to fashion nova. He aspires to work with more well-known worldwide fashion brands like Nike. “I envision myself as Africa’s top designer, growing the La Beaste brand internationally,” he says.
