Username Investment Feted as a Star Brand in East Africa

• In a ceremony held in Safari Park Hotel, the company top the best in real estate category.

The award ceremony was held at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi and brought together representatives from over 30 different sectors presenting a diverse range of products and services.

Enterprit Brands Awards conducted a detailed study of Kenyans between the ages of 18 and 55 in major Kenyan cities, and Username Investments came out on top.

The Enterprit Brands Awards is an independent corporate body dedicated to recognizing brands that provide high-quality products and services to East African consumers.

Reuben also emphasized Username Investments’ commitment to making home ownership available to all. Even though housing is a basic need, data from the Kenya Demographic and Health Survey 2022 show that more than half of Kenyan men aged under 54 do not possess a home or property.

Similar to women, half of the individuals under the age of 49 do not own a home or property.

He reassured Kenyans that they could own property for as little as Ksh 249,000 and with a flexible payment plan.

Reuben urged Kenyans to invest in real estate this year because Username Investments is dedicated to rebuilding trust in the real estate sector by ensuring that each investor receives a title deed.
