Three suspects arrest following disappearance of 14-year girl

Three suspects, two men, and a woman, are currently in custody as investigations continue into the disturbing disappearance and assault of a 14-year-old girl at the Nairobi Railways Terminus.

The incident has left the girl’s family and the community in shock and demanding justice for the victim.

Girl vanishes

According to the girl’s father, his daughter was traveling alone from Mombasa to Nairobi on the afternoon train scheduled for 3 pm on May 9th. However, upon her arrival in Nairobi later that night, she vanished, causing immense distress to her family.

Unbeknownst to the concerned father, it was discovered that the young girl had arrived at the Nairobi Town Terminus at approximately 9:30 pm. In a distressing turn of events, she left the station in the company of a man who has been identified as Parkins Odero.

During this period, the father made numerous attempts to contact his daughter, but all calls went unanswered as she had disappeared with Odero to Riruta Satellite in Dagoretti. It is alleged that the victim was subjected to a heinous act of defilement during her time with Odero.

Disturbingly, the following day, the girl was reportedly handed over to a second suspect, Alfred Matumona, who is believed to have also sexually assaulted her. The young girl’s harrowing experience has sent shockwaves through the community, leading to intensified efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice.
