Entertainer DJ Pierra Makena, recently spoke about the absence of her child’s father in their daughter’s life.
The popular entertainer, known for her feisty personality, revealed her attitude towards co-parenting and her desire to have a serious and committed relationship.
In a telephone interview with Milele fm, hosted by Ankali Ray, Pierra Makena explained her position regarding the absence of her child’s father, saying that she has moved on and does not want to force any man to be a part of her child’s life if she does not want to do so.
“Who is my child’s Father?? I have forgotten him; because he is not in my child’s life. Kama ni kupush mkokoteni I would rather do it than beg a man to love his own flesh and blood. So for me if a man chooses not to be in the life of his child, that one sina hata shida kabisa. That is who he is and I respect that and I let him be, but I would never ever force. God forbid. That doesn’t make me hate him coz that’s who he is,” Pierra Makena said.
Regarding her relationship status, DJ Pierra shared her expectations of marriage and said that once she finds someone to marry her, she will talk about it, but she is currently single.
”I am not married. I am looking for someone to marry me. As soon as I find the right person, I will talk about it. Right now, I am single. If I have to get married, we must be a good match. I don’t believe in divorce, so if I find a man, he will be forever.”
Despite her high-profile career, DJ Pierra has managed to keep her personal relationships out of the public eye.
The identity of her child’s father remains a closely guarded secret.
While celebrating her daughter’s fourth birthday, Pierra Makena slyly commented on the role of fathers in upbringing, stressing how some women may initially feel uneasy about raising children without their fathers, and discover their own potential.
