Court Sets The Date for The Inquest of 35 Witnesses On Jeff Mwathi’s Death

  • The 35 witnesses have been scheduled to start their inquest on 10th August 2023.
  • The director of public prosecution Noordin Haji had recommended the inquiry of the 35 witnesses after receiving the final report on the probe.

A date has been set for the inquest of 35 witnesses to provide testimony on what conspired during the tragic death of Jeff Mwathi at the residence of Dj Faxto in Kasarani.

The public inquest is set to start on August 10, 2023, and it aims to provide answers on what happened the night when Jeff Mwathi died and provide light on the incident that has left the public with unanswered questions.

Each witness is expected to provide his or her information on what caused the death of Jeff Mwathi and this could construct an accurate narrative on identifying what caused the unfortunate death of young Jeff Mwathi.

lawyer Dunstan Omari who is representing the family has urged anybody who has the evidence or knows what happened that night when Jeff Mwathi died to help in providing the evidence so that the late Jeff Mwathi can get justice.

“We are appealing as a family that anybody who has information about the circumstances that led to the death of Jeff Mwathi can directly contact the family so that we may produce enough evidence. If there is any fear about the security of the person, the information will be handled confidentially.
