Samidoh and wife Edday dismiss separation rumors

Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh, a Mugithi musician, and his wife Edday Nderitu recently celebrated their child’s birthday.

To commemorate the birth of their daughter Neriah Wairimu, the couple hosted a sizable party at their house.

Edday noted that the party, which was attended by family members and close family friends, was fun.

“The party was amazing, thank you family and friends for joining us to celebrate my first daughter’s birthday, the party was on fire, the energy was on another level,” she said on Instagram.

She attached the message with photos of herself and her family that were taken during the party on Saturday.

“The party was amazing, thank you family and friends for joining us to celebrate my first daughter’s birthday, the party was on fire, the energy was on another level,” she said on Instagram.

Some netizens commented on Samidoh’s marriage. “Polygamy works,” one Instagram user told the mother of three.

Responding, Mrs. Nderitu who was clearly not happy with the message said, “Yes, in hell.”

Another netizen wrote to her, “Now you have shown us that you have accepted polygamy, so give Karen the freedom to post pictures of her and Samidoh as well.”

She replied, “A child’s birthday and polygamy come to you, stop forcing things.”

The mother of three warned Samidoh in a lengthy message posted on her social media platforms in February that she was not prepared to raise their children in a polygamous union.

This was after the Mugiithi star was seen with Karen Nyamu despite the senator previously announcing that their relationship had come to an end.

Edday asserted that Karen does not respect her family and emphasized the difficult and humiliating last three years of her marriage.

As an additional justification, Edday even asserted that Nyamu was ten years older than her.

She claimed that despite everything, she had stayed true and loyal to the Kikuyu singer and had continued to provide him support.
