Nigerian preacher and well-known prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has once again made headlines—this time with a strong warning to President William Ruto. He claims that unless major changes are made, Ruto could lose his presidency in 2027.
Ayodele, who had earlier predicted Ruto’s rise to power in 2022, now says the president has very slim chances of being re-elected—just 15 percent if things stay the same.
Too Many Battles, Too Few Friends
According to the cleric, President Ruto has picked too many unnecessary fights, including with close allies. He believes this approach is weakening the president’s political base.
“I pity Ruto. If he doesn’t make changes, he’s only left with a 15 percent chance of returning in 2027,” Ayodele warned.
He added that removing his former deputy was the beginning of his downfall and unless something is done quickly, more trouble is on the way.
Kenyan Youth Will Turn Against Him, Says Prophet
Ayodele painted a grim picture, claiming that young people across Kenya will rise against the head of state. He believes their support is fading, and frustration is growing fast.
“He hasn’t seen anything yet. The youth will strongly reject and embarrass him if he doesn’t listen,” he warned.
Not Just Ruto—Gachagua Also in Danger
The prophet’s message wasn’t limited to Ruto. He mentioned former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, saying he also needs serious prayer—not just for political protection but even for spiritual safety.
In a video from last year, Ayodele had said that Gachagua’s downfall would also drag Ruto into deeper trouble unless things are resolved peacefully.
“If the deputy president goes down, Ruto will go down with him. He should make peace before it’s too late,” Ayodele warned in the past clip.
There’s Still Time—If He Listens
Although the message may seem heavy, the prophet believes Ruto still has a window to fix things. He advises the president to take warnings seriously and reconnect with ordinary citizens.
“If he does not wake up, what’s coming ahead will shock him,” Ayodele concluded.
