- Debated gospel singer Justina Syokau has no plans for marriage, Because of her ex-husband.
The artist, whose son was still an infant and who had been delivered via CS, claimed that her ex-husband put her and her son through hell.

She added that the constant pressure she was under from others was the reason she had to post on social media that she was seeking a husband.

I’ve never been intrigued by the idea of getting married again. So that it might be eased, hio yote mnaona ati nataka bwana inakuwanga ni kwasababu watu wananiuliza sana. I’m not interested in getting married at all. Due to what I experienced; I have never shown interest in getting married again. Due to a man, I slept outside with my son for about two weeks in the chilly weather, spending the night on the streets of Nairobi.
“So my kid…mpaka mwezi wa tano after kumzaa alikuwa na chest problems. Mimi niliozea kwa streets na ukumbuke umezaa na operation ile uchafu lazima itoke, hujapata soup, maji moto ya kukunywa so kuoza, nilikuwa natoka uzaha,”Justina Syokau narrated.
She continued by saying she had no plans to find another lifetime partner since she is unsure if he would genuinely adore her son.
“I experienced a lot of disappointments; sure, I received treatment; I am fine; my child is now fine; but I can’t just let myself go through what I went through. I don’t fear being married; all I worry about is picturing a marriage where my child won’t be accepted or loved,” Justina remarked.
The singer and her ex-husband divorced in 2013. But because he’s a dad beat, she had to bring him to court. For her peace of mind, she decidedthe decision to entirely give up on the situation in 2015.
