A Nakuru resident has sued a giant Kenyan gaming firm for deliberately tampering with his placement on the website.

David Juma won Ksh 500,000 from a Ksh 10 stake on Betika, winning all the matches advertised on a Betika platform.

Juma who carefully analysed the game together with his brother Collins and followed the eight game train carefully and recorded all the results.

He told Daily Nation that the betting company deliberately tampered with results from one game.

Juma and his brother have since taken the matter to court in Nakuru.

Juma said,”Since then, it has been a game of cat and mouse as all attempts to contact Betika to correct the error and pay me my winnings have proved futile. My brother and I have made several calls to Betika and tried to reach them through social media but to no avail as there has been no response.”

Juma says he took money, time and resources to analys the games but the ‘correct error” from Betika meant that they could not get their hard earned win.
