Sandra, Mike Sonko’s daughter, has come out to defend her father after the former Nairobi governor released a video of himself displaying large sums of money after a netizen labelled him poor.
The former Nairobi governor turned to social media to show off millions of dollars in a bag as proof that he was not as poor as the netizen had described him. As a result, he received both critical and good criticism from the public, with some netizens questioning his source of income.
His daughter, on the other hand, has requested netizens to quit harassing him. “Guys, please stop attacking my father, everyone gets upset in that video, and if you were in that position, you would have flipped even worse,” Sandra added.
She advised the public not to be too quick to judge and draw assumptions because her father is also a human.” You all don’t see things from his perspective but are so quick to conclusions,” she remarked.
