The residence cost him a total of 9 million Kenya shillings, with 8 million already spent. The remaining one million will be used to purchase furniture and other items before he can move into his new home.
According to Stephen Letoo, the style of his home was inspired by popular American films like the White House and House of Cards, which he enjoyed watching before snatching his idea.
