After emerging with a 1-0 win against AFC Leopards,the law enforcers have now booked a slot to battle with Kenya Commercial Bank,KCB Football club in the mozzart cup finals.
The match between Kenya police and AFC Leopards kicked off on Sunday but was called off on the 60th minute after an assistant referee was hit by an object from the fans.The federation reached to an agreement to postpone the game.The remaining 30 minutes have been played today at the same venue,Police sacco stadium behind closed doors.
However,the Kenya Police FC head coach Salim Babu has been pleased with the win.Babu noted that they were well prepared.

“We were well prepared since we knew the match today will be tough,and I thank my boys for maintaining their composure as they played under pressure.Our only focus is to win the title,we know our opponents KCB are tough,but we are optimistic of winning”said Babu.
AFC Leopards chairman Dan Shikanda has however blamed FKF Leagues and competitions committe for failing to make proper decisions.

“I can tell them for free that their leagues and competitions body is leting them down.It should have a mixture of people.We can’t have two or three people just deciding the verdict of the game,” lamented Shikanda.
The winner of the match between Kenya Police and the Benard Mwalala coached side,KCB FC will clinch a chance to represent Kenya in the CAF Confederation cup.
