- The channel can make over a million shillings a month, according to Jalang’o
- The rebranding is part of Jalang’o’s effort to expand his media empire
Jalang’o, the Langata legislator and media personality, has announced that he is rebranding his online TV channel, Jalang’o TV. He has also hired a new team of employees to help him with the relaunch.
Jalang’o said that he fired the previous employees of the channel because they were not serious about their work. He said that the channel was not making any money because the employees were not promoting it or creating enough content.

The new team members are more experienced and motivated, Jalang’o said. He is offering them a salary of 50% of the channel’s profits. He said that the channel can easily make a million shillings a month, so each team member would make about 250,000 shillings per month.
However, the team members are asking for a million shillings as a salary for the first month. Jalang’o said that he is concerned about the financial situation of the channel and is not sure if he can afford to pay them what they are asking for.
He said that he will see what he can do, but he wants to make sure that the channel is profitable before he commits to paying the team members a high salary.

It remains to be seen how this situation will be resolved. Jalang’o may be able to find a way to pay the team members what they are asking for, or he may have to offer them a lower salary.
It is also possible that the team members will agree to work for a lower salary in the hope that the channel will eventually become more profitable.
The rebranding of Jalang’o TV is part of a larger effort by Jalang’o to expand his media empire. He recently launched a new radio station and is also planning to start a production company. He has said that he wants to create a media platform that gives a voice to the people of Kenya
