Despite being a busy person, Arocho is a family man who enjoys spending more time with his children. He is married to Sophie Arocho, and the couple has four children. He also has a twin brother named Billy Arocho, who is a close ally of President William Ruto.

Fred Arocho football career.
As a well-known sports journalist, Arocho is aslo a former football player. He has played for clubs such as Sony Sugar, Kenya Commercial Bank Football Club, and Harambee Stars Under 20. Despite this, he did not make the senior national team due to a severe injury.
Arocho’s Radio Career.
Together with Gidi Gidi, Diamond Okusimba, and Bramwel Mololo. Fred Arocho are radio Jambo’s founding journalist. They began their journey 14 years ago. He is now working at Radio 47 after leaving Radio Jambo on March 29th, 2023.
Arocho’s salary
The veteran journalist is said to be paid seven figures. According to Fred Arocho, his salary has increased from what he earned at Radio Jambo. Although it has not been publicly disclosed, he may be good enough to justify between Ksh 500,000 and Ksh 800,000.
