Charlene Ruto, daughter to Kenya’s President William Ruto, has shocked netizens after she revealed that she was a goalkeeper back in high school.
Charlene who recently visited Morocco and toured the famous Mohammed VI Football Complex says that she believes that sports can help youth achieve their dreams and prosper.
Charlene in her official wear for a pair of white shorts and sneakers lobbed the ball at the edge of the goal post which was ultimately caught by the keeper.
“I was a goalkeeper during high school matches and I believe sporting activities are great avenues for youth to showcase their agility and ability to maneuver through different hurdles that life presents.
“I enjoyed a light moment at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé Morocco,’ Charlene tweeted.
During the Moroccan tour, Charlene also addressed the MeDays Forum.
