  • Babu Owino was charged with shooting Dj Evolve in the neck on January 17, 2020, at B Club entertainment spot in Kilimani.

Appearing before magistrate Benard Ocholi, where he was charged with behaving arrogantly while handling a gun which resulted in the shooting of Dj evolves in Kilimani Nairobi County 2016. Babu Owino told the court that he bought a 17 million apartment for Felix Orinda Alias Dj Evolve in Kilimani and also, and he has a plan of opening a DJ academy business plan for him.

The lawmaker turned down the allegations that he is the one who shot DJ Evolve noting that his gun was unable to shoot therefore the bullet came from a different person’s gun.” the gun could not shoot, the bullet came from another firearm”, he stated.
