Kenya started their Rugby Africa Women’s 7s campaign with a win and a loss at the Jammel Stadium in Jammel, Tunisia on Friday 29 April 2022.
Facing Zambia in their Pool B opener, the Lionesses built on a 15-0 half time lead to run off with the 22-0 result at full time.
Lionesses locked horns with neighbors Uganda in their second fixture, losing 10-7 to finish second in the pool and set up a quarterfinal date against hosts Tunisia on Saturday 30 April 2022.
