Siaya Governor James Orengo has caused a buzz online after openly calling out President William Ruto. Orengo said the president has failed to deliver what he promised Kenyans, and this is why he now needs ODM.
Orengo also called out ODM members who appear to be supporting the president. He said some of them are behaving as if ODM needs Ruto, but insisted it is the other way round. He said the behaviour must stop because it is misleading.
The Siaya governor stated that he is not afraid of anything. He said he is ready to go back to the streets to fight for Kenyans if needed. Orengo said he cannot watch Kenyans being humiliated in the name of a broad-based government.
Orengo ended by saying ODM will always defend and stand with Kenyans. He called for unity and focus within the party as the political environment continues to shift.
