Janet, 33, rushed her husband to Kenyatta Hospital after he collapsed from chest pains. She expected to be the one making decisions about his care. Instead, the doctor shocked her with a file note.
“Madam, according to our records, his next of kin is listed as Cynthia Njeri, not you,” the doctor told her.
