A Kenyan woman has shocked many online after publicly sharing an unusual experience with her spiritual leader. In a video now making rounds on social media, she said she had gone to visit her pastor after noticing he had gone quiet for some time.
What was meant to be a simple check-in soon turned into a surprising conversation.
According to the woman, the pastor confessed that he had deep feelings for her. He went further, saying God had shown him in a vision that she was meant to be his second wife and that their union had already been spiritually approved.
The woman, taken aback, said she couldn’t understand how a church leader would make such a claim when the Bible promotes monogamous marriage.
After the visit, she went home troubled and decided to pray about the matter for three days. She hoped for some divine sign or clarity. However, she said nothing ever confirmed the pastor’s claims.
She strongly felt that being a second wife was never part of her life plan or spiritual path.
Eventually, the woman made the bold decision to cut off ties with the pastor entirely. She noted that her experience reflects a deeper issue in some churches, where a few leaders, especially male pastors, misuse their positions to manipulate congregants.
“This isn’t the first or last time. Many women have fallen into traps like this,” she added, calling on fellow believers to stay alert and guided by personal conviction.
