A group of students from a Thika-based school spent the night in Naivasha after their school bus was involved in a road accident on Saturday evening. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries reported among the students or teachers on board.
With no replacement bus available immediately, the stranded students were sheltered overnight under the care of their teachers and assisted by local authorities.
By Sunday morning, a new bus had been arranged, allowing the learners to continue their journey safely back to Thika.
