- Gaucho accuses Gachagua of fueling early divisions and daring confrontation.
- He insists supporters of both Raila Odinga and William Ruto will unite to protect the vote.
- Gaucho reminds Mt Kenya leaders that their people are spread across the country—not just in Central.
Youth activist Calvince Okoth Gaucho has come out strongly against Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, accusing him of raising political temperatures as the country edges closer to the 2027 General Election.
In a fiery address, Gaucho warned:
“Let me tell you Gachagua, even if it means manipulating votes, we’ll do it—and we’ll protect that win for Ruto.”
“If It’s War, Start It Now”
Gaucho did not hold back. He challenged Gachagua directly, urging him not to wait until the last minute if he intends to cause chaos:
“If it’s war you’re planning, start now. Don’t wait. We’ll be ready.”
He said those supporting Raila Odinga and President Ruto are already working on a united front to counter any threats against the democratic process.
“We’re More Prepared Than You Think”
Gaucho added that contrary to claims by Gachagua and some Mt Kenya leaders, it is their team that is best prepared for 2027.
“In 2027, we’re the ones more organised. Don’t take us lightly,” he said confidently.
“Mt Kenya is Not Isolated”
In a reminder aimed at calming tribal sentiments, Gaucho noted that Mt Kenya people are not limited to Central Kenya.
“Your people are everywhere—from Mpeketoni to Busia, even deep inside Baringo,” he said, urging for national unity instead of regional politics.
