Details of the Open Days

Principal Secretary for Housing and Urban Development, Charles Hinga, encouraged Kenyans to visit the sites during the holiday season.

  • Machakos Showcase: On December 21, residents can view the Machakos project, featuring 40 one-bedroom, 60 two-bedroom, and 60 three-bedroom units.
  • Green Spaces and Amenities: The units include green spaces and parking facilities to enhance comfort and convenience for homeowners.

Available Housing Units

  • A total of 4,888 housing units of various typologies are currently available nationwide.

Flexible Payment Options

  • Rent-to-Own: Buyers can opt for a rent-to-own arrangement over 25 years.
