Khalif Kairo and I must be the CS of roads and transport – Jimal Rohosafi

Summary

  • “We want 10 ministries (Gen Z).Please publish on your pages the names of Gen Z youth that you would like to become ministers,” he added.

Businessman Jimal Rohosafi has asked President William Ruto to keep an eye on him when he appoints his new cabinet.

This is after President Ruto announced the dissolution of the cabinet on Thursday afternoon, after many complaints from the youth about the performance of his government.

Through his Instagram page, Jimal posted a message promoting himself and said that this trip is either him or his colleague, Khalif Kairo, one of them must be a minister.

Jimal said that if he does not succeed, then his colleague, a businessman who sells cars, Khalif Kairo, must be a minister in the ministry of roads, infrastructure and transport.

“Khalif Kairo, it’s me or you, one of us must be the minister of roads and transport before Father [Raila Odinga] says he wants 6 ministerial positions,” Jimal said.

In addition, the ex-girlfriend of socialite Amber Ray emphasized that Gen Z youths also deserve at least 10 ministerial positions in Ruto’s government, considering their great efforts that have borne fruit by pressuring the government through protests two weeks ago.

“We want 10 ministries (Gen Z). Please publish on your pages the names of Gen Z youth that you would like to become ministers,” he added.

After dismissing his cabinet, Ruto said he will take his time to hold consultations with various groups of people to choose new ministers who will help him run the government.
