In a candid interview with YouTuber Presenter Ali, Sherylne Anyango, former partner of Oga Obinna, shared her experiences and challenges in trying to marry her non-Kenyan fiancé.

She revealed that their plans faced obstacles when his family decided to investigate her background.

According to Sherylne, his family took to the internet to search for information about her, and they stumbled upon stories from her past when she was 19 years old. Although her boyfriend loved her deeply, his family saw her past actions as a cause for concern and advised against the marriage.

This incident served as a wake-up call for Sherylne, making her realize how her previous actions had interfered with her plans. She expressed regret over posting revealing photos of herself online, particularly ones that showcased her buttocks. She admitted that she deeply wished she had never shared those images.

Sherylne also spoke about her involvement with “Club Covid,” a program previously managed by Xtian Dela, which helped her earn a significant amount of money in 2020. However, she expressed remorse for her nudity on the show, acknowledging that it was not a wise choice.

She explained that the money she earned from the program played a crucial role in purchasing her 25-million-shilling house. Additionally, she raised additional funds through other private shows she participated in at the time. Sherylne further mentioned that she built a 4-million-shilling house for her parents and used the remaining funds to furnish her own home.

Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Sherylne admitted that she did not struggle to make money during this time, unlike many others who were adversely affected.
