Musa Idambo is an example of an inventive youth. Since relocating to Europe three years ago as a student, he has been able to put the Kenya talents he discovered on the streets of Nairobi into use.
Musa Idambo’s Life Narrative
Musa Idambo comes from Kalamega’s Mumias sub-county. Despite being born from western, he lived the majority of his life in the Nairobi Kangemi slums. He was raised by a single mother and was one of only a few students to receive a Sponsored scholarship to study overseas.

Musa was able to apply a business idea he poached from Nairobi in Mjengo sites three years ago.
He claims that while in Nairobi, he saw Mama Chakulas making good money from feeding workers on construction sites. He then decided to give it a shot barely months after moving to a new nation.

Being in the country made it harder to locate a side hustle to supplement his part-time income. That’s when he began selling his food on construction sites. On a good day, he walks home with at least 100,000 Kenya shillings from the firm. He primarily distributes African delicacies to foreign workers in the countries.
Musa is an inspiration to young Kenyan innovators. As a foreigner, he took a chance on a business that is generating him a fortune. He was able to study while working part-time thanks to a subsidized scholarship.
