Bandari part ways with Anthony Kimani after losing to AFC Leopards

Bandari FC, a Kenyan football club, has announced that they have mutually parted ways with their Head Coach, Anthony Kimani.

The decision was made by the club’s Board of Trustees after careful consideration. The club expressed their gratitude to Kimani for his service and dedication to the club during his tenure and wished him all the best for his future.

Sheikh Twahir Muhiddin, the club’s Technical Director, will take over as the interim Head Coach for the rest of the season. The club’s management assured their fans and stakeholders of their continued commitment to achieving their goals and aspirations as a team.

The announcement comes after a disappointing 3-0 loss to AFC Leopards in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Cup.

The club has urged its fans to continue supporting the team, and they look forward to a successful future together.

Edward Oduor, CEO of Bandari FC, signed the statement reads:

“Bandari FC wishes to announce that we have parted ways with our Head Coach, Anthony Kimani, on mutual consent. The Board of Trustees arrived at this decision after thorough deliberations.

We would like to sincerely thank Anthony Kimani for his service and dedication to the club during his tenure as our Head Coach. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Meanwhile, the club’s Technical Director Sheikh Twahir Muhiddin will take charge for the remainder of the season. We also want to assure our fans and stakeholders that the club remains steadfast in its commitment to achieving our goals and aspirations as a club. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to a successful future together.”
