Across Kenya, families continue to face unexpected medical emergencies and the high cost of last expenses. Tujilinde Companion is responding to this reality by offering a community-based welfare solution that allows members to support one another through structured, affordable contributions.
The organisation operates as a member-based welfare group, bringing together people from both urban and rural areas with one shared goal: reducing financial strain during difficult moments through collective support.
Join From Wherever You Are
Tujilinde Companion has simplified its registration process to ensure accessibility for all. Kenyans can now join from wherever they are by simply dialling *265*16# on their mobile phones. This USSD option removes the need for smartphones or internet access, making membership open to more people across the country.

Medical Support Through Afya Yetu
One of the flagship services under Tujilinde Companion is Afya Yetu, a medical support plan designed to assist members during hospital admission.
Members receive cash support to help cover inpatient medical bills in public and mission hospitals. The plan also includes maternity support, covering delivery services within the first year of membership, alongside other clearly defined medical benefits.
Support During Loss and Bereavement
Tujilinde Companion also provides structured assistance during times of loss. When a member or registered dependent passes away, the organisation supports funeral arrangements by covering key needs such as body transportation, tents, chairs, coffins, mortuary fees, and related services. Eligible members may also receive food support, helping families focus on mourning without added financial pressure.
Flexible Welfare Packages
Members can select from a range of support options depending on their needs.
The Hybrid package combines both medical and last expenses coverage into one plan, while the Jilinde Basket focuses on food and funeral-related support. The organisation also runs Education and Agriculture plans, allowing members to save together for school fees, access quality farm inputs, and benefit from basic training.
Expanding Across Kenya
Tujilinde Companion continues to expand its nationwide footprint. The organisation currently operates eight branches across five counties, including Nairobi, Migori, Kisumu, Siaya, and Homa Bay, ensuring members can access services closer to home.
Simple Payments and Member Support
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. After a one-time registration fee, members make monthly contributions based on their selected package. All payments are conveniently processed through M-Pesa, ensuring transparency and ease of use.
For enquiries or assistance, members and interested individuals can call or WhatsApp 0706 833 363. Updates and engagement are also available through the official Facebook page, Tujilinde Companion Kenya.
With easy mobile registration, flexible welfare packages, and a growing national presence, Tujilinde Companion is positioning itself as a reliable partner for Kenyans seeking practical, community-driven support when it matters most.
