Esther is a shop owner from Nakuru, Kenya. From the first years of her marriage, she believed love and patience would solve everything. She worked hard, respected her husband, and did her best to keep peace in her home. To outsiders, the marriage looked normal. Inside the house, however, it was full of tension, misunderstandings, and emotional distance that never seemed to end. Arguments came without clear reasons.
Some days her husband was calm and caring, and other days he was angry and distant. Esther tried everything she knew.
