- FKF Unveils National Team Jersey Design Competition
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has officially launched the 2025 FKF Jersey Design Competition, inviting talented designers to create the next national team jersey. The initiative gives creatives a chance to be part of Kenya’s football legacy by designing a kit that reflects the nation’s culture and pride.
Design Requirements & Submission Rules
Designs must incorporate Kenya’s national flag colors—Black, White, Red, and Green—ensuring they symbolize national identity. Participants can submit their designs in the form of paintings, illustrations, or digital mock-ups.
Each designer is allowed only one entry, which must be original and not previously submitted elsewhere. The competition is open to Kenyan citizens aged 18 – 35.
The submission window runs from April 1 to April 15, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
Selection Process & Prizes
An independent committee will review the entries and select the top three designs, with winners receiving:
Winner – KES 150,000
1st Runner-up – KES 100,000
2nd Runner-up – KES 50,000
Winning designers will transfer all copyrights to FKF and waive any future royalties. Non-winning entrants will retain full rights to their concepts.
