After gaining massive online attention, Brian Chira’s grandmother, popularly known as Shosh Esther, has officially set a Ksh 60,000 fee for any interviews.
Her absence from a scheduled interview with Obinna TV raised eyebrows, with Obidan Dela revealing that she declined to appear because her management demanded payment.
According to her management, Esther sees herself as a brand and believes that charging for interviews will help establish her credibility and influence in the industry.
“She said she wants to be among Kenya’s top brand influencers and for her name to be respected, she must charge for media appearances,” Dela disclosed.
While some netizens support her move, others feel that charging such a high amount might limit her opportunities.
