He called on the Vihiga County government to fast-track the construction of ICT hubs, emphasizing their potential to drive economic growth and provide employment.
“I want to ensure that our youth are well-equipped to work with computers, earn an income, and ultimately contribute to the economic growth of our nation,” said President Ruto.
To support these initiatives, the President pledged government resources, including internet access, computers, and skilled trainers, ensuring that the youth in Vihiga County can benefit from the digital economy.
