Musician and businesswoman Esther Akoth, alias Akothee, recently gave an interview in which she discussed different aspects of her life that are well-watched.
One of the difficult issues she had to answer during the interview was why she broke up with partner Nelly Oaks and married Denis Schweizer alias Omosh.
In her response, the musician appeared to deny the idea that she was the one who left him, instead praising her lover, who also serves as her manager.
“People think that I left him. Nelly is a cheerful person. Why do you think I’m the one who left him? For us celebrities, we don’t put everything on camera,” Akothee told The Nairobian.
The mother of five continued to talk about how Nelly Oaks assisted her and supported her numerous times, especially after her marriage with Omosh ended last year.
“He’s been there for me. He is the man who founded this brand and has helped me overcome depression three times out of four. He guided me through the breakup. “He took care of me,” she explained.
During the interview, the singer talked about her forthcoming big wedding with her boyfriend, who doubles as her manager.
She stated that her wedding with Omosh in April was only a rehearsal and that her upcoming wedding with Nelly Oaks would be even bigger.
“It was practice; the wedding is right around the corner; I’m marrying the man of my dreams. I am currently in a healthy relationship, but I also need the opportunity to be disappointed since Pharaoh’s sons can show you dust,” she explained.
Akothee has been hinting heavily about her forthcoming huge wedding, where she is scheduled to marry Nelly Oaks legally.
Akothee and Nelly Oaks have been openly celebrating their love for several months now, having reconciled after Akothee’s marriage to her ex Denis Schweizer ended in the middle of last year.
During a live TikTok session at the end of last year, the musician appeared to confirm the revival of her relationship with Nelly Oaks.
During that time, Akothee was overheard calling her manager ‘babe’ multiple times, a name commonly used by lovers.
Nelly Oaks was also heard referring to Akothee as someone precious to him when the two exchanged private exchanges on video.
