  • He said that if you are unable to open yourself to your wife, look for someone you are close to, and if he is not around, seek refuge in God.

Gospel singer Guardian Angel has confessed how he has been hiding from stress, particularly in his marriage.

Speaking to entertainment media, Angel stated that talking to his girlfriend Esther Musila whenever he feels like he is going through a difficult moment has helped him avoid despair and stress.

“For me, I believe that talking about anything has been beneficial, particularly in my marriage. There is nothing that I believe hurts me that I cannot talk about; for example, if my wife has said or done anything, which does not always happen, I make certain that if something is wrong and troubles me in my heart, I must talk about it,” Angel stated.

The artist emphasised that communication is the only method to decrease stress for everyone, and he advised individuals, particularly men, to embrace the conversational approach to solving their problems.

He stated that if a man fails to open out to his wife, he should look for someone with whom he is close, and if he is not present, he should seek refuge in God.

“Conversation has helped me a lot, and if he believes something isn’t going well, we discuss it all. If God has led you to someone with whom you can communicate, you should talk, brother. Don’t hide anything in your heart, good or bad; it will help you get rid of the load of things that are weighing on your heart.”

“Speaking is everything; discussion is the only way we can communicate with our coworkers. If you are going through something, talk to your wife; if you can’t talk to your wife, locate someone you know who can understand; and if that person can’t comprehend, there is one option that doesn’t work: go tell God,” he added.
