On Friday, March 15, Kenyan musician Stivo Simple Boy fainted on stage minutes after performing on Citizen TV’s 10 Over 10 show.
The incident occurred soon after he had sung his two songs, Freshi Barida and Vichuna, during which he appeared to be full of energy.
However, when being questioned by Aziza Wanjiru Hashim, often known as Azeezah, he appeared to hunch down and grasp his knees before falling on his back.

Speaking on the phone, Stivo Simple Boy verified that he was fine despite the frightening situation.
“I am fine for the time being, but I will post a complete statement on my social media channels. People shouldn’t be afraid; I’ll be fine,” Stevo Simple Boy asserted.
Ezekiel Mutua, Chief Executive Officer of the Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK), also recommended the musician to stay well after the incident.

“I’m glad to hear that Stivo Simple Boy is alright. It was shocking to see him collapse during a live TV interview on Citizen TV’s 10over10 Show last night. It’s good to hear he’s okay now. God loves you, my friend. You still have more music to create and exploits to perform in the music industry. Stay well!”
