Manchester City have completed the signing of Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea for an initial £25m. The fee could rise to £30m with add-ons.
Kovacic, who will wear the number 8 shirt, joins City after four years at Chelsea, where he won the Champions League, the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
