Comedian Mulamwah has donated Ksh 8,000 to singer Stivo Simple Boy, who is facing financial difficulties. Mulamwah made the donation in a video posted on social media, in which he expressed his awareness of Stivo’s situation and offered his support.
“I have heard your cries and I’ve also seen that Eric Omondi has visited you,” Mulamwah said. “I’m not like Eric but I can chip in a little.”

Stivo Simple Boy has been open about his financial struggles in recent months. In a press briefing, his wife, Grace, said that Stivo was “not doing well financially” and that he was “stressed” by his contract with his record label, Men in Business.
Men in Business released a statement shortly after the briefing, announcing that they had terminated their contract with Stivo.

In response to the news, Mulamwah offered to take Stivo in and continue nurturing his talent. “Just give me Stivo for two months at Mulamwah Entertainment,” he wrote. “He deserves better. He has worked so much.”
Stivo has said that he will be going solo in his music career, but he has also expressed gratitude for the support he has received from Mulamwah and Eric Omondi.
“I want to thank Mulamwah and Eric Omondi for their support,” he said. “It means a lot to me.”
