Yesu Wa Tongaren from Bungoma county who identifies himself as Jesus Christ, the son of God claims that people who grow rasta hair do not have a ticket to enter Heaven for ‘his father’.
Yesu who has been talked about a lot, especially this Easter season said this during an interview with reggae aficionado and rasta-man, Jahmby Koikai.
According to Koikai, who paid him a visit at his Bungoma home and had a lengthy talk with him, the first thing “Jesus” stated after meeting the endometriosis heroine was that individuals with long hair like her dreadlocks cannot enter paradise,
“Easter Sunday nilikuwa Bungoma for a gig but kwanza nikapitia Yesu wa Tongaren(Jesus of Tongaren).Aliniambia sitaenda mbinguni kwa sababu ya hizi rasta zangu,” Jahmby said while uploading a photo with the pastor.
The statements of “Jesus” are similar to those of Pastor Ezekiel, another well-known minister of God, who claimed in a large service a few weeks ago that a lady with rasta hair cannot last in marriage.
Jesus of Tongaren has a history of making contentious claims on a variety of subjects. Most recently, he suggested that Christians should celebrate Easter in July rather than April.
