In another match that ended in a draw, KCB scraped through to the quarterfinals after beating Bidco United 4-1 in a post-match penalty shootout. The game had ended 1-1 after regulation time. The other round of 16 matches played on April 1 saw Tusker beat Rainbow 3-2, Sofapaka defeating Darajani Gogo 2-1, and Ulinzi Stars edging past Kenya Police 2-1.
