Secular music artist Willy Paul says he will not take legal action against Miss P over false rape accusations.

The former gospel artist says “I have decided to forgive her,” giving the story a new twist.

In a statement posted on his official Instagram account, Willy Paul commonly known as “Msafi” said that the story was false with no basis.

“You have all been waiting for my reaction after Miss P’s confession. I have seen your comments, most of you asking me to take legal action and some asking me to forgive and keep away from her.” he posted.

“A good number of you guys reminded me of what that false story put me through and insisted that I take legal action without having second thoughts,” he went on to say.

“But the question is, what good will having her locked up do to me? absolutely nothing. I will gain nothing.”

“Being a good man that I’ve always been, the good man that most people aim to see the good in. I have decided to forgive this beautiful soul.”

Willy Paul however admits that the latest development has cost him a lot but only forgiveness will make his soul be at peace.

“Remember this Fam, God used me to unlock this girl’s doors and I did just that so why would I mess what God used me to make?” he quipped.
