The legal woes of Nick Mwendwa, the President of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF), have finally come to a close as the Kiambu Law Courts dismissed the court case against him.
Mwendwa had initially been charged in the anti-corruption court in Nairobi, but the case was subsequently dismissed by Senior Magistrate Eunice Nyuttu of Milimani. However, the Director of Public Prosecutions decided to file fresh charges against him in Kiambu, which Mwendwa’s legal team vehemently opposed.
