It has not been a walk in the park, according to Mark. It takes work, determination, and dedication. Seek God’s help in all things.
Mark had to go through the most difficult period of his life after graduating from Kenyatta University before deciding to work online.
He could spend sleepless nights trying to figure out how to get it started.
“Nilitembea sana nikitupa CVs but nothing could work. Sometimes sikuwa nalala, nlikuwa naspend time kufanya research online ndio nipate idea ya kuanza ndio nifike hapo Niko saizi” revealed Mark.
It was at this point that Mark decided to seek expert training. A complete stranger that he met on Facebook. The training lasted about two weeks and included a free mentorship programme.
Mark could seek job under his trainer after completing his training successfully. Who had an academic writing account with numerous of his company’s employees.
Everything began well for the 30-year-old, who was able to eventually purchase his own account and later employ himself.
Things were not going well at first, according to him. Yet he had to maintain his consistency. Which yielded fruit in the future.
Mark can earn up to $500 per month, which is equivalent to 50,000 Kenya shillings. An salary that allows him to live comfortably in the city.

Mark, on the other hand, advises young people to embrace technology. And earn a living doing it. For example, most young people make a solid living online by working from home. All you have to do is get good training and give it a shot.
