Nyeri: A family is appealing with well-wishers for help in bringing their 8-month-old sick baby home from India.

A family from Githura village, Gataragwa Kieni west, Nyeri county has become stranded in India and  is appealing to a well-wisher to assist them in bringing their ailing daughter home. Who had undergone a heart surgery.

Patience nduta Gachagua, an 8-month-old baby, was born with a cardiac defect and was diagnosed with truncus arteriosus type A4 and an interrupted aortic arch. She was transferred to Miot Hospital India for open heart surgery, where she underwent successfully.

The entire amount paid was one million thirty thousand shillings, with an additional $6155 USD required due to the conduit valve. The additional sum was unexpected. As a result, the family remains stuck in India because they were unable to raise the necessary funds. They are appealing to all well-wishers to assist them with relocating baby Patience.
