Emanuel is a member of the Wafula Chebukati family. Jonathan and Rachel are the other two grown children of the IEBC commissioner.

Emmanuel Chebukati holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Technology with a concentration in Forensic IT and Cybercrime from a US international university.

Wafula Chebukati’s son also has a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

He worked as a security consultant for shidolya Tours and Safaris in 2015, as well as a system developer for natureSurf Systems Ltd. This was before he could start his own company.
