Strange Disease Leaves Comedian YY’s Fiancée Paralyzed

Oliver Otieno, a former Churchill Show comic now known by his stage name YY, and his partner Marya Okoth have spent the past few weeks in and out of the hospital after Marya developed a rare condition that caused her left leg to become numb.

Marya recently revealed that she has been finding it difficult to get from one place to another. She and the comedian have a daughter named Circe Gaona.

She said that a blood clot she had on her left leg earlier in life had rendered it (the limb) insensitive. She is unable to walk as she once could as a result.

Marya also expressed her hope to soon be able to walk once more and thanked her fiancé YY for looking after her and helping her get through the difficult moment.

On Saturday, July 9, the attractive lady, who has been in several of YY’s skits, provided her admirers an update on her health and said that eventually, her struggles will serve as a witness.

She also shared a video of YY massaging her feet, and it was impossible for social media fans to help but applaud his good deed.

Prior to the humorous man posting on social media in January of this year to announce that Marya had been put to bed, the pair had successfully kept their relationship a closely guarded secret.

In the article, YY lavished admiration on Marya, an interior designer, calling her a selfless person for giving birth to their child safely.
