Tottenham Hotspurs on Thursday emerged with a huge 3-0 win on Thursday over their nearest rivals Arsenal,a win which has helped to keep alive hopes in finishing in the Premier League’s top Four.
Antonio Conte’s side got the first goal from England International Striker Harry Kane through a Penalty kick.Arsenal’s Rob Holding was sent off the pitch very early just after two bookings in Seven Minutes.
Harry Kane netted again the Second goal for the spurs before Son Heung-Min bagged Tottenham’s third goal in the second fourty five minutes which made the North London derby to end in 3-0 in favour of Tottenham Hotspurs.
Mikel Arteta Side still hold a slender advantage, but the end of their four match winning run leaves them just one point ahead of the fifth placed Tottenham Hotspurs.Arsenal are holding the fourth position with 66 points as Tottenham Hotspurs hold the fifth position with 65 points both sides having two games left.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta was furious with both the Penalty and Red Card Saying: “If I say what I think,I will be suspended for six months.I don’t know how to lie so I prefer not to say what I think.I cannot give my opinion.I think you can read my body language very clearly.I’m not unhappy with my players, I’m proud of my players.”
Tottenham will host struggling Burnley on Sunday then travel to Norwich which is at relegation zone while the Gunners will visit Newcastle on Monday and end their season with a game against Everton.
