Earlier today Pamoja Africa Alliance (PAA)under the leadership of Amason Kingi and Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC)under the leadership of Dr .Alfred Mutua have ditched Azimio la Umoja and joined Kenya Kwanza team citing lack of transparency and conmanship within the Azimio la Umoja.

Bungoma senator through his tweet congratulated and welcomed the two leaders saying their entry to the coalition will bring more energy to the team ahead of August general election.
“Congratulations Maendeleo Chap Chap and PAA political parties for joining the Kenya Kwanza Alliance Coalition. Your entry brings in additional energy and guarantees, even more, Kenya Kwanza Alliance’s assured victory in the August 9 General elections. Hongera.” Wetangula wrote.
In the press conference,Governor Alfred Mutua has confirmed to have joined Kenya kwanza and signed an agreement with the coalition .Mutua has also declared full support to William Ruto’s presidential bid promising to transverse the country campaigning for him.
Expect a mass exodus from the Azimio team
From his speech Mutua said , he except around five other parties to make an exit out of azimio la Umoja .He added that,the time of dynasties rulling this country has come to an end and it is time for other right leaders to lead.
“We cannot continue to be in a country of a few millionaires. Kenyans want jobs, more money and right leadership. I am aware that five other parties are about to leave due to its exclusiveness and zoning terms,” said Mutua.
