Bien lands in hot soup : A man demands an Apology from Bien of Sauti Sol after using his image without permission

Sauti Sol have been trending in the better  part of the week after they threatened to sue Raila odinga and his Azimio team over copyright infringement.

Their take annoyed the fans who unsubscribed from their YouTube Channel.
In response to those unsuscribing from their youtube channel , Bien went  to Instagram and mocked them using an image of a man identified as Morriss Litiema who is also Jalango’s house keeper.

Morris Litiema now wants Bien to pay and apologise because he used his image without his awareness.Litiema went ahead to say that the picture Bien used has made him suffer emotionally since it reminds him of a place he never wish to go back to .
“To my dear brother @bienaimesol it was out of order to use my image without my consent. The picture in use has made me suffer emotionally since it reminds me of a place had never wished to go back to. I have received negative criticism from different persons claiming that I don’t support local artists, let it be known that have never unsubscribed or unfollowed your YouTube or any social media account. Therefore I demand an apology for the incident that occurred.”
This issue comes around when Bien is accusing Azimio for using their song without their consent.Bien now demands ksh 1billion from Azimio or else they move to court .
