Popular Tanzanian Musician dies in a road accident.

Sad news  has loomed the Tanzanian music fraternity after the  sudden demise of Maunda Hellen Zorro stage name Maunda Zorro who perished in a nasty road accident at Kigamboni area in Dar es Salaam. Reports from different sources indicates that it was a head on collision between her car and a lorry .

Zorro is a mother of three .Her death news were confirmed by Banana Zorro her brother.

“Nimezipata hizo taarifa ndio naelekea Hospitali ya Kigamboni, taarifa ni za kweli tulikuwepo kwenye msiba jioni ya leo wa rafiki yetu mwingine wa karibu, nilikuwa nae Maunda hadi jioni saa 11 hadi 12 nikarudi nyumbani kulala maana msiba ulikuwa Kigamboni na yeye anakaa Tuangoma, kwa taarifa zaidi (kuhusu msiba) ni hadi nikifika Hospitali,”

Mzee Zahir Ally Zorro said he confirmed about the death of his daughter on social media platforms.

Several East African musicians including Diamond platinumz ,Josee Chameleone, Vanessa mdee  have condoled with the family of Maunda Zorro.

Death is very cruel may her soul rest in peace.
