A barbershop located in the Kamakis area in Nairobi has been a topic of discussion on social media platforms.

The barbershop, whose majority of barbers are women has proven to be attractive to men.

In videos and photos that have been doing rounds on social media, the Man’s chamber barbershop showcases how the customers are entertained with twerking women who are evidently dressed to ‘kill’ the men.

“Men love seeing nice things, who wants to be handled with rough hands? Here you are pampered with soft hands, soft voices…we don’t allow women here…so your wife won’t find you.”  Said Mwende

Faith Mwende the owner of the business says he has been running the business for two weeks now .

“Iam sexy, confident in my body, a woman is beautiful….and it has worked for this business, why should we hide? Men love seeing nice things, who want to be handled with rough hands? Here you are pampered with soft hands, soft voices…we don’t allow women here…so your wife won’t find you,” she said.

 

The barbershop has attracted criticism, with a number of people terming it a sex den.

 

“This is not a brothel…it is just a grooming den for kings where they are served by African maidens,” the owner said.

 

The man’s chamber offers full body massage, body scrub, facials, waxing and twerking for male customers.

 

The owner tells off the women who think that they intend to ‘snatch’ their men

“I have beautiful women here and they love dancing. I told them to be free, so they twerk all over. If you don’t want your husband to come here then wash his feet, give him a massage and look pretty.”
